Nathaniel Devers

Nathaniel Devers graduated from Marshall University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, and then again in 2019 with a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. In his time at Marshall, he was a leader on the field and lettered 4 out of his 5 years playing for the Herd. Nathaniel spent his childhood in Northeastern Ohio but once joining the Herd he decided West Virginia was his home. He has spent the past 7 years in the Huntington and Beckley areas.

Nathaniel has always strived to be the best, and by doing so has become a natural leader on and off the field. His personality of leading by example, encouraging others, and expecting the best effort possible has lifted many to a standard they would have otherwise thought unattainable. 

 Nathaniel joined the Aegis team with the mindset of creating two things to assist in the firm’s goal of developing young professionals. First, create a sales culture that gives more than it takes. Second, build a team of genuine individuals that strive to put customer needs above all else.

How do we do that? By developing our employees as people first and encouraging growth as individuals, because the best salespeople are good people.
